Hey hey hey guys! I’m back and just wanted to assure you that I will be posting more regularly – I miss blogging! This quick post will be about how I did few different version of this DIY choker you see me wearing inthe picture above.
2 Ribbon crimps
About 6 inches of chain
3 Small jump rings
Lobster claw clasp
- Measure out the ribbon around your neck, and cut your ribbon about 2 inches shorter than your neck.
2. Place the end of the ribbon in the ribbon crimp and clamp it down with the pliers
3. Attach the lobster clasp to one end of the ribbon crimp and secure it with the pliers4. Place your bead on the head pin and cut off the excess, then use the pliers to shape the head pin into a loop.
5. Attach the bead to the chain with a jump ring.6. Attach the other end of the chain to the other end of the ribbon crimp and use the pliers and the last jumpring to secure it.
Viola! You have a DIY choker! Here are some pics below of my masterpieces. Hope you enjoyed this DIY and I would love to know if you are planning on trying this in the comments below!
